I believe that in order to improve any area of your life you need to take a multifaceted approach.
So yes, the oils will help but if your not also doing something to address the mental, physical & emotional aspects you won’t see results.
The same way that you won’t see results just by working out. You must also eat well, have a strong mindset & a great support system.
Sleep is no different.
So I have 3 simple tips for better sleep;
1. Do a brain dump. we think about so many things, sometimes our brain ends up in a loop & you keep worrying & thinking about the same things over & over & over again. Take out a notebook & write out everything that’s on your mind. This way you can see it in front of you & you know you have a list of everything that needs to get done without missing anything. You can even use this as your “To Do List” later & plan out what needs to get done & what you need to let go of.
2. Yoga. Being active has proven to help people get a restful sleep because it help your mind & body relax & slow down before bed.

3. Talk to your body - Yes I said talk to your body. When you set intentions for how you want to experience a situation, it allows your mind & body to get on board with you because it knows what to expect & what is going to happen. You shift from a place of resistance to feeling calm & certain.
